Intelligent evacuation model in disaster mitigation

Mitigation is a pre-disaster action that aims to prepare for disaster situation. One of the mitigation activities evacuation, which reduce disaster-related losses. Because damage cannot be predicted, dealing with evacuation efforts requires dynamic model. This study will utilize model combines game theory choosing location and open vehicle routing problem (OVRP) selecting routes create an intelligent system. The used supplement selection alternate locations by taking into account geographical features are very uncertain in event crisis. An route equipped OVRP goal optimizing travel time required mobilize disaster-affected people. With development Intelligent Evacuation System idea, combining two models new simulation evaluated using linear, interactive, discrete optimizer (LINDO), may minimize from safe destination 50 minutes if there no contra-flow allow more people evacuated.
